Hampton

Light up the holiday season on the downtown Hampton waterfront…literally! The 28th annual Downtown Hampton Lighted Boat Parade returns on Friday, December 9. More than 20 boats are expected to participate in this free nautical light show. Those who don’t have a vessel, but want to join the action, can board the Miss Hampton II tour boat. Get dazzled with a three-mile spectacle of nautically-themed holiday lights with the accompaniment of a selection of holiday music at the iconic McDonald’s Holiday Lights at the Beach at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Norfolk

The Norfolk Botanical Garden Dominion Garden of Lights is a holiday tradition in Norfolk! This drive-through experience is open through December 31 and includes an extravagant display of half-a-million twinkling lights that illuminate the Garden, and features a fire pit with s’mores and hot chocolate, nightly family activities and more.
