Grab your flip flops and get outside this weekend as Smithfield celebrates Spring with some several very special events.
Join us for Smithfield Farmers Market’s Country Vintage Market at the Isle of Wight County Fairgrounds this Saturday & Sunday, April 22 & 23. The market will be open on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. & on Sunday from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m. The Spring Vintage Market will be held this year at a NEW LOCATION – the Joel C. Bradshaw Fairgrounds, Heritage Park, 21311 Courthouse Highway (Route 258) in Windsor.
Early Bird Admission is just $10 (Saturday only) for entrance to the market from 8:00 until 10:00 a.m. General Admission is $5 (Children 12 & under are FREE.) This popular event will feature vintage, antique and re-purposed items for sale from regional vendors. Also featuring live music, food and drink.
The Smithfield Sidewalk Stroll will also be held on Saturday & Sunday, April 22 & 23, along Main & Church Streets in downtown Smithfield. Visit our fabulous downtown merchants as they spring clean and host a sidewalk/yard sale in downtown Smithfield. You’ll be sure to find a bargain as you treasure hunt. Afterwards, relax at one of our many terrific restaurants for a great meal.
